The latest feature working on WhatsApp is the ability to allow others to share your status updates. It is now live in the latest WhatsApp beta for Android, which means it will probably make it in a non-bita track in the next few weeks or months.
The convenience is very self-distinct, in fact. The main point here is that it will be closed by default. So if you want to share your position update to others, then you have to turn it on during the construction of each situation update. And when someone shares your situation, you will be informed.
However, the audience of the shared position will not see that it was you who made it, so that your privacy could be maintained. Interestingly, if someone shares the shared position you again, you will not be informed about this action – only the person who shared you for the first time. This is because a shared position basically creates a new version of it.
So far, sharing status updates was possible only by those who were mentioned directly into one. But with this new feature, anyone can share your situation if you allow to share. Of course, it helps a lot in the visibility of your conditions, if there is something you want.
