First the author is Michael Craig, who is known for writing All Time, Professor, The Banker and The Suicide King: Inside the Amir Poker Game. The book of 2006 recalls the famous high-day battle between bill billionaire Andy Beel and a syndicate of top professionals including Phil Eve, Jennifer Harman and Howard Lader. Craig’s book is considered one of the best poker books written widely.
